Job summary

DynaFire, a leading fire and life safety provider, seeks a Fire Suppression Technician to install and test gaseous or special hazard suppression systems. You will handle repairs, deficiencies, and inspections, while coordinating with clients and AHJs to ensure compliance.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of hands-on experience with special hazard suppression, NICET II or equivalent certification, and a solid grasp of NFPA codes; valid driver's license required. On-site role with benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–3 years hands-on experience in special hazard fire suppression systems.
• NICET II or equivalent certification for Special Hazard Suppression Systems.
• Fluent with fire suppression control panels, agent storage containers, installation and service practices.
• Proficient with DynaFire office hardware and software tools.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Install and test gaseous or special hazard fire suppression systems.
• Perform repairs, deficiency corrections, and inspections.
• Coordinate with clients and AHJs to ensure compliance.
• Review shop and contract drawings for scope of work.
• Procure materials and prepare service paperwork; communicate issues to supervisor.
