Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No minimum experience required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record (if driving).
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn fire suppression systems.
• Ability to follow instructions and work under direct supervision.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work in team environments.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with testing, inspection, and basic maintenance of fire suppression systems.
• Support inspection of valves, gauges, piping, sprinkler heads, and related components.
• Use hand tools and testing equipment under supervision.
• Help perform basic functional testing and visual inspections.
• Assist with documenting inspection results, deficiencies, and site conditions.
• Follow safety procedures and customer site requirements.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in good condition.
• Communicate professionally with customers, team members, and supervisors.
• Travel to job sites as required.
