Workdays and hours are negotiable, typically 2 to 3 days per week during regular weekday business hours.

Seeking a qualified candidate for a part-time licensed Fire Sub-Code Official, 2 to 3 days a week. Under the direction of the Construction Official, candidate will perform plan review and inspections in compliance with the NJ UCC and Fire Protection Subcode. Position required HHS Fire Inspector License, Fire Sub-Code license and strong customer service skills. Candidate must possess valid NJ Driver License. Multi-discipline licensing and/or experience with databases (Spatial Data Logic) a plus. Workdays and hours are negotiable, but must be during regular weekday business hours.
