Job summary

Western States Fire Protection Company seeks Union Apprentices/Technicians to service, troubleshoot, repair and install fire protection systems for our customers. This role requires ability to follow standards, document service tickets, and work on-site across scheduled jobs.

Qualified applicants will have a valid driver's license, a high school diploma or GED, and Fire Sprinkler Service experience. Union affiliation and OSHA 30 are preferred; willingness to be on-call and pass pre-employment

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's License with driving record meeting company requirements.
• Fire Sprinkler Service experience required.
• OSHA 30 preferred.
• NICET II Inspection and Testing of Water Based Systems a plus.
• Willing to pass pre-employment drug test, background and reference check.

Responsibilities

• Servicing fire protection systems to prescribed standards.
• On-site emergency troubleshooting and repairs for customer systems.
• Identify code and non-conformance issues.
• Prepare accurate and timely service tickets and reports.
• Duties may include installation of new fire protection systems.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills

Valid Driver's License

Willing to be on-call after hours

Fire Sprinkler Service Experience

OSHA 30 preferred

NICET II Certification a plus

Pre-employment drug test/background/re
