gpac is partnering with a well-established fire protection contractor in Raleigh, NC to recruit a dedicated Fire Sprinkler Technician. The role offers hands-on installation, testing, and service of commercial and residential sprinkler systems.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of field experience, NICET Level I or higher, and a solid knowledge of NFPA codes, blueprints, and safety protocols. Travel to sites is required, and a strong teamwork mindset is essential.

Qualifications

3+ years' experience installing, testing, and maintaining fire sprinkler systems.
Knowledge of fire sprinkler components, piping, and system testing procedures.
Understanding of NFPA codes and local fire protection standards.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to travel to job sites and work in various environments.

Responsibilities

Install, inspect, and service fire sprinkler systems in commercial and residential buildings.
Perform system testing and maintenance to ensure code compliance and proper operation.
