Job summary

Professional Fire Protection is currently hiring an Apprentice for the Fire Sprinkler division. This is a hands-on training opportunity to learn a growing and essential trade and to become a licensed Fire Sprinkler Technician.

We seek hard-working individuals who want to learn, with a valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 70 lbs, and willingness to work varied hours, nights, and weekends when needed. Compensation is hourly with potential quarterly bonuses and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Three years of driving experience required.
• Experience using common hand tools (channel locks, pipe wrenches).
• Willing to learn about fire sprinkler systems and certification process.
• Comfortable climbing ladders (6–12 ft) and working on lifts.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work in confined spaces.
• Strong communication with customers and ability to document work clearly.
• Good writing for service tickets and reports.
• Must stay organized and manage service tickets.
