Pye-Barker Fire & Safety is seeking a skilled Sprinkler Service Technician to independently service, maintain, and repair fire sprinkler systems at various sites. The role requires diagnosing deficiencies, executing corrective repairs, and ensuring safety and code compliance with NFPA standards.

Strong documentation and customer communication are essential. Travel to job sites is required; driving may be necessary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in the fire and life safety industry.
• CSA Sprinkler License preferred.
• NICET Level I or above preferred.

Responsabilités

• Independently perform service, maintenance, and repair of fire sprinkler systems.
• Diagnose system deficiencies and perform corrective repairs.
• Use hand tools and testing equipment to complete assigned tasks.
• Ensure compliance with NFPA standards and local codes.
• Accurately and timely complete required documentation and service reports.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal team members.
• Travel to job sites as required.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Support and assist entry-level technicians and apprentices as needed.

This position requires demonstrated technical competency and the ability to complete standard jobs without direct supervision.
