As a result of continued growth, we are actively seeking Fire Sprinkler Service Technicians to support our office in Bangor, ME. As a Fire Sprinkler Service Technician, you will service and modify automatic fire sprinkler systems.

As a Fire Sprinkler Service Technician, you will:

1. Install and service valves, devices, and trim.
2. Fabricate, assemble, install, and maintain piping, fixtures, and equipment.
3. Manipulate pipe to specifications.
4. Attach pipes to walls, structures, and fixtures using brackets, clamps, tools, or welding equipment.
5. Inspect and test installed systems and pipelines using pressure gauges, hydrostatic testing, observation, or other methods.
6. Plan installations or repairs according to the conditions encountered.

Requirements:

1. Ability to work an unpredictable and ever-changing work schedule.
2. Valid driver’s license.
3. High School Diploma or equivalent.
4. Strong mechanical background preferred.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced service environment.
6. Ability to coordinate and work well with others.
7. Proven ability and track record of performing work in a timely manner and meeting deadlines.
8. Ability to lift up to at least 50 pounds.
9. Ability to climb ladders.
