Job summary

Reliable Safety and Flow Corporation seeks a Product Technology Manager based in Liberty, SC. Lead technical support, educate customers, and coordinate with PDE, PMO, and Sales to optimize product use and performance.

You will deliver training, create documentation, and present to industry groups while translating field feedback into product improvements. Travel and cross‑functional collaboration are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in fire protection, mechanical technology or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in fire sprinkler system design and installation.

Responsibilities

• Answer technical questions on Reliable products by phone and email.
• Provide technical training for Reliable personnel.
• Assist with creation and maintenance of technical documentation.
• Meet with customers and specifying engineers to discuss product use, features, and benefits.
• Provide technical presentations to industry associations and customers.
• Plan, develop, and deliver hands‑on and classroom sprinkler system training.
• Contribute input on new products and product improvements.
• Troubleshoot Reliable products.
• Represent Reliable at industry events (AFSA, NFPA, NFSA, SFPE).
• Support the sales force as needed.
• Maintain a safe workplace and comply with all safety rules and procedures.
• Perform other duties as directed.
