You will direct field crews, manage projects, interpret codes and blueprints, and ensure accurate documentation while maintaining field readiness and safety culture.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years in fire protection with supervisory experience.
• Valid Fire Sprinkler Fitter Certification.
• Knowledge of NFPA 13, 25 and relevant state fire codes.

Responsibilities

• Direct and support field technicians to ensure all repairs and modifications meet quality and safety benchmarks.
• Execute complex troubleshooting and system repairs to restore functionality of fire protection infrastructure.
• Interpret blueprints, specifications, and inspection reports to identify non-compliance and provide actionable solutions.
• Coordinate daily field activities and manage project progress for timely completion and client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate service documentation including work orders and reports for clear stakeholder communication.
• Mentor technicians and foster safety awareness within the service team.
• Manage company-provided equipment and inventory to ensure field readiness.
