Job summary

gpac seeks a motivated Sales & Service Representative to support growth for water-based systems clients. You will develop new relationships, manage existing accounts, and provide technical sales support and service solutions for sprinkler systems in industrial and commercial settings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in outside sales, service sales, or account management in sprinkler/water-based systems.
• Strong customer relationship and business development skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with industrial, commercial, and municipal customers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories.
• Generate and manage a sales pipeline to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
• Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and make sprinkler fire protection recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project implementation and customer satisfaction.
