Job summary

GPAC seeks a Sales & Service Representative to grow and maintain our water-based sprinkler systems client base. You will build new relationships, manage accounts, and provide technical sales support and service solutions.

Responsibilities include site visits, proposals, service visits, and coordinating with operations and engineering to deliver exceptional customer experiences. 2+ years in sprinkler-related sales is preferred, with willingness to travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in outside sales, service sales, account management in sprinkler/ water based systems.
• Strong customer relationship and business development skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with industrial, commercial, and municipal customers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories.
• Generate and manage a sales pipeline to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
• Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and make sprinkler fire protection suggestions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project implementation and customer satisfaction.
