Johnson Controls is hiring a Service Technician to service and repair fire sprinkler systems across commercial, industrial, and residential sites. You will handle calls from the Service Resource Center, diagnose issues, and perform repairs on wet, dry, pre-action, deluge and fire pump systems.
Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years in the sprinkler industry, strong computer skills, and the ability to work independently. A valid driver’s license and flexible hours, including weekends, are required.

Receive service calls from Service Resource Center, including a brief description of equipment/system malfunctions. Contact customer representative and ascertain equipment/systems problems. Perform service and repairs on sprinkler systems for commercial, industrial and residential applications. These include but are not limited to wet (steel, copper and CPVC), dry, pre-action, deluge and fire pumps.
HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $28.70 - 39.47 Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This position includes a competitive benefits package. The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role.
