Job summary

Allied Fire Protection, LP is seeking a skilled Sprinkler Service Technician to support Houston-area projects. The role covers installation, service and troubleshooting of fire sprinkler systems across residential, commercial, and industrial sites.

You will read blueprints, coordinate any underground work, complete required paperwork, and uphold safety and quality standards. A valid driver’s license and strong teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
NFPA knowledge and blueprints reading preferred.
AFSA foreman training or state foreman certification preferred.
Backflow certification preferred; forklift/scissor lift certs preferred.

Responsibilities

Install fire sprinkler systems in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
Service and troubleshoot automatic sprinkler systems and related equipment.
Coordinate trenching and repair of underground mains with backfilling and tamping when required.
Accurately complete and submit paperwork per office/corporate systems.
Ensure equipment and pumps comply with manufacturer requirements and NFPA standards.
Maintain safety and professional conduct on every job site.
