Qualifications

  • Background checks including drug test, pre-employment screening, and MVR checks for driving positions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate labor forecasting and manage inspection, testing, and maintenance schedules to meet client life-safety needs.
  • Lead the Service Coordination team to ensure timely completion of work orders.
  • Prepare recommendations for overhead adjustments.
  • Contribute to strategic and operational planning, setting and achieving group and company targets.
  • Collaborate with managers and staff across the organization for effective communication and coordination.
  • Partner with HR to steer recruitment and employment processes in line with company procedures and compliance standards.
  • Maintain proactive communication with customers to deliver high-quality service and promote repeat business.
  • Champion health and safety awareness, ensuring compliance with H&S procedures and standards.
  • Support safety initiatives and assist in implementing new programs.
  • Review sales contracts and provide managerial support.
  • Contribute to business development through sales presentations and interviews.
  • Develop and implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Build and sustain a high-performance team capable of operating efficiently, productively, and cost-effectively.
  • Operate effectively under pressure, maintaining attention to detail and quality.
  • Lead change management initiatives within the business.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn, improve, and adapt within a team environment.

Job Overview

Location and Compensation
