Pye-Barker Fire & Safety, LLC is seeking a Fire Sprinkler Project Manager to lead design, planning, and execution of fire protection construction projects in Texas. You will coordinate with site superintendents, manage costs, and ensure on-time delivery while meeting safety and quality standards.
The role requires expertise in AutoCAD, HydraCAD, NFPA codes, and experience guiding projects from conception to commissioning. Texas licensure and 5+ years of PM experience are preferred.

The Fire Sprinkler Project Manager holds overall management responsibility for all aspects of fire protection construction projects from conception through systems functioning. This role will oversee or conduct design, scheduling, planning, actual construction, expediting, inspection, quality control, and total delivery of the project according to established criteria. Responsible for tracking, forecasting, and communicating all costs, profits, and financial measures of the project. Through coordination with the site superintendent, they will organize and manage all the elements involved in construction such as labor, temporary and permanent materials, equipment, supplies, utilities, and time.
