Pye-Barker Fire & Safety, LLC in Columbia, SC is seeking an experienced Lead Sprinkler Technician Supervisor to oversee installation projects and guide a team of technicians. You will interpret blueprints, ensure NFPA compliance, coordinate job-site logistics, and communicate with customers and internal teams.

Travel to various job sites is expected as needed. The role requires 9+ years in the fire and life safety industry and 5+ years in supervision; NICET II or higher is preferred, and a clean

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 9+ years in fire and life safety as a technician or above.
• At least 5+ years in a supervisory role.
• NICET Level II or above preferred.
• Strong knowledge of fire sprinkler installation and applicable codes.
• Clean driving record and active driver's license if driving is required.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Travel to job sites as required.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Education/Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 9+ years of experience in the fire and life safety industry as a technician or above.
• Must have at least 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role.
• NICET Level II or above preferred.
• Strong knowledge of fire sprinkler system installation practices and applicable codes.
• Must have a clean driving record and active driver’s license (if driving is required).

Other Duties

• Performs other duties assigned by management.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, climbing ladders, and working in various environments.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
• Work performed in commercial, industrial, and construction environments.
• Exposure to varying conditions including heights, confined spaces, and active job sites.
