Century Fire Protection LLC is seeking a skilled tradesperson responsible for laying out, fabricating, assembling, installing, and maintaining piping systems, fixtures, sprinklers, and related industrial processing systems at Greenwood, SC. The role involves adhering to design plans and codes to ensure building protection and ongoing system reliability.

Candidates typically have 3–5 years of related experience and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years related experience and/or training.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Installation of pipe fittings, hangers, couplings, and sprinklers per design plan and codes to properly protect building.
• Completion of weekly paperwork for CFP and as directed by the General Contractor.
• Communicating with designer before making any design changes.
• Producing red-line drawings to turn in to designer.
• Communicating project and schedule changes to Field Superintendent and Project Manager.
• Attending project and coordination meetings as required.
• Completion and submission of daily progress reports to Field Superintendent and General Contactor.
• Documenting and reporting water damage, injuries, and/or accidents immediately.
• Train Fitters and Helpers on proper installation techniques.
