Job summary

Century Fire Protection in Duluth, GA is seeking a motivated Fire Sprinkler Inspector in an entry-level role. You will receive hands-on training and assist with inspection and testing of fire sprinkler systems, learning NFPA 25 requirements and proper reporting while working with experienced professionals.

Responsibilities include performing inspections on wet, dry, pre-action, and deluge systems, testing valves and alarms, documenting results, and maintaining tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of relevant training or 1–2 years in fire sprinkler inspection, service, installation, or related field.
• Basic understanding of fire sprinkler or mechanical systems; willingness to learn NFPA 25 requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with routine fire sprinkler inspections per NFPA 25 and codes.
• Inspect wet, dry, pre-action and deluge systems under supervision.
• Test valves, gauges, alarms, and related components.
• Document inspection results and observations accurately.
• Communicate findings to lead inspectors and supervisors.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle; follow safety procedures.
• Participate in training, safety meetings, and certifications.
