Sciens Building Solutions is seeking a Fire Sprinkler Inspector to conduct inspections and maintenance, coordinating with sales, field teams, and clients to ensure code-compliant systems. The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong communication, and reliable reporting.

The candidate will review layouts, inspect various sprinkler systems, generate field surveys, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget while adhering to safety programs and policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Fire and Life Safety.
• Enrolled and actively progressing through Sprinkler Apprentice Program.
• Strong understanding of sprinkler system components and operation.
• Knowledge of wet, dry, and pre‑action systems; backflows and fire pumps.
• Ability to travel overnight occasionally.
• OSHA 10 Certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Review system layouts and coordinate with departments for project execution.
• Communicate with onsite contractors.
• Produce field surveys and daily project activity logs.
• Inspect and maintain fire sprinkler systems.
• Produce inspection and deficiency reports per NFPA.
• Deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
• Log and transmit inspection reports via laptop.
