The role requires 2+ years’ experience, NFPA 25 knowledge, and NICET Level II (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Identify deficiencies and recommend necessary repairs or upgrades.
• Communicate with customers to explain system conditions and ensure understanding.
• Work closely with service and repair teams to schedule follow-up work.
• Maintain equipment, tools, and company vehicle in excellent condition.
