Job summary

1st Fire Protection Services, LLC is seeking a Fire Sprinkler Fitter/Foreman to lead installation, service, inspection, and maintenance of fire sprinkler systems across Texas. You will oversee crews, ensure NFPA and local code compliance, and maintain high customer service standards.

The role requires strong leadership, field troubleshooting, and the ability to work at heights and in confined spaces; on-call rotation may include weekends.

Qualifications

• Understanding NFPA 13/25 standards.
• Experience leading field crews.
• Strong troubleshooting and interpretation of construction docs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform installation, service, inspection, repair, and troubleshooting of fire sprinkler systems.
• Review daily schedules, plan work, coordinate materials, and prepare the service team for assignments.
• Provide on-site supervision, guidance, and training to service helpers and technicians.
• Ensure all work meets NFPA standards and local codes.
• Accurately complete service tickets, deficiency reports, timesheets, and related documentation.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and represent the company professionally.
• Enforce and follow all safety policies and best practices.
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment including power machines, threaders, lifts, and ladders.
• Participate in on-call rotation and be available for flexible hours, including weekends.
