In this capacity, you will be responsible for directing field teams and managing daily site activities to ensure that all projects are executed safely and efficiently, while strictly adhering to project specifications, blueprints, and regulatory standards.

• Uphold high standards of project quality and productivity to ensure all deadlines are met.
• Foster clear communication between clients, staff, and various project partners to ensure project success.

Essential Qualifications

• Extensive professional background in the installation of commercial fire sprinkler systems.
• Demonstrated history of success in a Foreman or Lead capacity.
• Comprehensive understanding of fire protection systems and relevant NFPA regulations.
• Proficiency in interpreting construction documents and technical drawings.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate field installation crews.
• Strong analytical skills to help the team overcome complex technical obstacles.
• Exceptional interpersonal abilities to provide high-quality service to our customers.
• Reliable and safety-conscious professional who can perform tasks with minimal supervision.
• Completion of high school or an equivalent educational program.

• Must be able to successfully clear a drug screening and background investigation.
