Fire Sprinkler Foreman Position
A Fire Sprinkler Foreman leads the fire sprinkler installation field labor team and at times will lead large jobs with multiple crews.
Salary range $25-$45 per hour based on experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Read blueprints and install fire sprinkler system per approved prints.
- Preparation of pipe to include measuring, cutting, threading, and grooving.
- Testing of installed fire sprinkler system.
- Use of basic hand and power tools.
- Responsible for installing and servicing other fire protection equipment such as standpipes, carbon dioxide systems, halon systems, foam systems, and dry chemical systems.
- Travel to work on various locations/job sites as necessary.
- Ability to work independently.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain base access (REAL ID required)
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 3+ years of fire sprinkler installation experience required (foreman or lead level experience, preferred)
- Desired certification includes Backflow Preventer, OSHA 30 and NICET.
- Possess a valid driver's license; in accordance with Company policy.
- Willing to travel within the state to perform work which may include overnight trips.
- Must pass a post offer drug test and background check, if applicable.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Regular bending, reaching, climbing, and walking.
