Job summary

Fire Safety and Protection (FSP) is seeking a Sprinkler Fitter to install, assemble, test, and maintain fire sprinkler systems in commercial and industrial facilities. You will work with a field installation team, ensuring work is safe, accurate, and per plans and codes.

Responsibilities include reading drawings, cutting and fitting piping, installing sprinkler heads, and assisting with testing and inspections.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in fire sprinkler installation preferred.
• Ability to pass background screening and drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Install, assemble, and modify sprinkler piping systems.
• Read and interpret drawings and sprinkler plans.
• Measure, cut, thread, groove, assemble, and install pipe and fittings.
• Install sprinkler heads, valves, hangers, and supports.
• Assist with system testing and troubleshooting.
• Maintain safety and quality on site.
