Job summary

Pye-Barker Fire & Safety in Roebuck, SC is seeking a Fire Sprinkler Fitter to install and service fire sprinkler systems on commercial and industrial projects. The role involves interpreting blueprints, using hand tools, and ensuring adherence to NFPA standards and local codes.

You will document work and coordinate with customers and teammates. The position requires 3+ years in the fire and life safety industry, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years in the fire and life safety industry as an apprentice or technician.
• NICET Level I or above preferred.
• Strong understanding of fire sprinkler system installation practices.
• Must have a clean driving record and active driver’s license (if driving is required).
• Adheres to safety procedures and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform installation of fire sprinkler systems.
