Job summary

Pye-Barker Fire & Safety, LLC in the United States is seeking a Sprinkler Service Technician to independently service, maintain, and repair fire sprinkler systems. The role may be at Journeyman level and requires adherence to codes and company policies, with occasional overnight travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• NICET Level I or above preferred for the role.
• Solid understanding of fire sprinkler systems and service procedures.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform service, maintenance, and repair of fire sprinkler systems.
• Diagnose system deficiencies and perform corrective repairs.
• Use hand tools and testing equipment to complete assigned tasks.
• Ensure compliance with NFPA standards and local codes.
• Accurately and timely complete required documentation and service reports.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal team members.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Travel to job sites as required.
• Support and assist entry-level technicians and apprentices as needed.
