You will plan installations, supervise scheduling, mentor staff, and collaborate with owners, contractors and design professionals to meet deadlines while delivering high-quality and safe fire

Qualifications

• Five to seven years of experience in installation of fire sprinkler systems per state/local codes.
• Proficient in following written and verbal instructions with strong communication.
• Leadership experience in hiring, training, and directing field personnel.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate activities for fire sprinkler installations and related services.
• Maintain safety and risk management on all job sites.
• Train, schedule, supervise, and guide field personnel to perform services.
• Perform installation tasks, diagnose issues, and provide repairs as needed.
• Evaluate performance and provide guidance on job performance.
