Job summary

Impact Fire Services, LLC seeks a Fire Sprinkler Designer with 2+ years of experience in fire sprinkler design, construction drafting, or related fields. You will conduct field surveys, create and modify design drawings in AutoCAD, and assemble material lists for fabrication and submittals.

You will coordinate with contractors, customers, and field technicians throughout project execution, ensuring accurate documentation and compliant permit packages.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of fire sprinkler design, CAD drafting, or related experience.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD or similar design software.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site surveys of existing fire sprinkler and fire alarm systems.
• Create and modify design drawings using AutoCAD or equivalent software.
• Coordinate project requirements with contractors, customers, and other trades.
• Generate fabrication drawings and material lists.
• Prepare submittal packages and permit documentation.
• Work closely with sales staff and field technicians throughout project execution.
