Qualifications

• Experience in house cleaning, janitorial work, or construction cleaning preferred.
• IICRC Fire Certifications are a plus.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Clean walls, ceilings, and floors affected by fire, smoke, and soot.
• Remove soot, smoke residue, and debris from damaged areas.
• Use proper cleaning products and tools.
• Follow safety procedures and standards.
