Overview

PuroClean is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Fire & Smoke Cleaning Technician to join our team.

Do you have experience with house cleaning, deep cleaning, janitorial work, construction cleaning, or detailed cleaning? This position may be a great fit for you. Fire restoration experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.

This position focuses on cleaning homes and structures after fire and smoke damage. We help families and property owners during a very difficult time, so we are looking for someone who is compassionate, professional, and takes pride in doing detailed work.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning walls, ceilings, floors, framing, and other structural surfaces affected by fire, smoke, and soot
• Removing soot, smoke residue, odor, and debris from damaged areas
• Using proper cleaning products, tools, and equipment
• Following safety procedures and company standards
• Keeping job sites clean, organized, and safe
• Working closely with team members and customers
• Paying close attention to detail to make sure the job is completed properly

Qualifications

• Experience in house cleaning, deep cleaning, janitorial work, construction cleaning, fire restoration, smoke damage cleaning, or structural cleaning is preferred.
• IICRC Fire Certifications a plus.
• Must be very detail-oriented.
• Must be dependable and willing to work as part of a team.
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work.
• Must pass a background check.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
