PuroClean Emergency Services #1 of Moraine is seeking a Fire & Contents Technician who is detail-oriented, empathetic, and hardworking to join our team.

You will perform pack-outs, inventory, structural cleaning, contents restoration, and odor control on residential and commercial properties, while documenting work using digital software. This fast-paced role requires strong communication and a commitment to exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Pack-Outs & Inventory: wrap, pack, and inventory belongings using digital software.
• Structural Cleaning: remove soot and smoke residue from ceilings, walls, and floors.
• Contents Restoration: clean and deodorize furniture and keepsakes.
• Odor Control: set up air scrubbers and ozone machines.
• Teamwork: coordinate with Lead Tech to meet timelines and ensure 5-star customer experience.

What You’ll Do

• Pack-Outs & Inventory: Carefully wrap, pack, and inventory customer belongings using digital software (training provided)
• Structural Cleaning: Remove soot and smoke residue from ceilings, walls, and floors using specialized techniques.
• Contents Restoration: Clean and deodorize furniture, home good and keepsakes.
• Odor Control: Set up air scrubbers, and ozone machines.
• Teamwork: Coordinate and communicate with Lead Tech to meet job timelines and maintain a 5-star customer experience.

Job is fast-paced and requires strong communication skills and attention to detail. Work is performed on residential and commercial properties and technicians must be able to follow and document work based on industry, customer and company standards. Employees must be coachable and willing to learn; committed to providing exceptional, relentless, customer service; work well as a Team; be dependable and work well under pressure.
