You will supervise installation, diagnose equipment, and provide cost-effective solutions while coordinating with customers. A strong safety mindset and the ability to read complex schematics are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years’ experience with installation and service of fire alarm, access control, CCTV, intrusion and intercom systems.
• Strong knowledge of electricity and electronics with troubleshooting skills.
• Security experience with P2000 or C-Cure 9000 required.
• Able to work independently and provide high level of customer service.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds; read complex blueprints and docs.
• CCURE 9000, NICET, and DCJS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform service and new installation commissioning on fire alarm, access control, CCTV, intrusion, and intercom systems.
• Supervise and inspect installation; coordinate field work and training.
• Evaluate and diagnose equipment and troubleshoot wiring problems.
• Provide cost-effective restoration solutions to customers.
• Manage service calls and report daily activities.
• Read and understand blueprints, diagrams, and manuals.
• Adhere to OSHA and JCI safety policies.
• Complete mileage and vehicle reports monthly.
