Job summary

EPS Security is seeking an Installation Technician to learn the trade of alarm installation and become proficient in fire, intrusion, access control, and video surveillance systems in Michigan homes and businesses.

As part of our team, you will install systems, perform checks, train customers on operation, keep your vehicle organized, and complete paperwork promptly while advancing toward industry certifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to use hand tools.
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle report.
• Ability to work in Traverse City, MI without relocation.
• Current and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Install burglar alarm, fire alarm, card access, and video surveillance systems.
• Perform system checks to confirm signal verification.
• Instruct customers on system operation and functionality.
• Provide reliable, high-quality customer support.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked vehicle.
• Complete all required paperwork in a timely manner.
