EPS Security is seeking skilled Technicians to join our Grand Rapids team, installing and servicing state-of-the-art security systems for homes and businesses in Michigan. You will learn fire, intrusion, access control, and video surveillance with hands-on training in our EPS Training Center.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to use hand tools.
• Must pass background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle report.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Install/service burglar alarm, fire alarm, card access, and video surveillance systems.
• Perform system checks to confirm signal verification.
• Instruct customers on system operation and functionality.
• Provide reliable, high-quality customer support.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked vehicle.
• Complete all required paperwork in a timely manner.
