Responsibilities

  • Become the Lakeland industry expert of the commercial fire market including products, trends, needs, sales cycle, and all that makes this industry unique in the fire service.
  • Develop and implement regional and national sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets within the manufacturing fire safety market.
  • Develop a framework that can be replicated across the U.S. and Canada.
  • Work with Lakeland’s industrial dealer base to identify prospective accounts and HSE managers and develop needs-based solutions for each opportunity.
  • Build, train, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, distributors, and potential customers to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities for business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer service to align sales efforts with company goals.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote products and services.
