Responsibilities

• Plan and execute emergency trainings and fire safety measures.
• Set KPIs for fire safety and monitor team progress toward these goals.
• Recruitment interviews and coordination with HR to expedite processes.
• Lead and motivate fire safety team; provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Report to management on a regular basis; handle emergencies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal fire and environmental regulations.
