Qualifications

• Some hands-on experience in fire or smoke damage restoration (residential or commercial).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• IICRC FSRT & OCT certifications are a plus (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Perform fire and smoke damage restoration tasks including demolition and cleaning.
• Pack, move, clean, and restore fire-damaged belongings.
• Operate restoration tools and document progress with software.
• Collaborate with homeowners, managers, insurers, and leads to ensure quality service.
• Maintain safety and keep the worksite clean and organized.
• Participate in on-call rotations and respond to emergencies.
