ServiceMaster CDR is seeking an experienced Fire & Contents Restoration Technician to join our elite Ohio team. You will perform fire and smoke damage restoration, contents cleaning, and debris removal while documenting progress with restoration software.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in fire or smoke damage restoration (residential/commercial).
• Strong work ethic, dependability and positive attitude.
• Solid customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• IICRC FSRT & OCT certifications are a plus (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Perform fire and smoke damage restoration tasks including demolition and cleaning.
• Safely pack, move, clean, and restore damaged personal and commercial contents.
• Operate restoration tools and equipment with proper care.
• Document job progress, inventory, and customer interactions using restoration software.
• Collaborate with homeowners, managers, adjusters, and leads to ensure quality service.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite and vehicles; participate in on-call rotations.
