Duties And Responsibilities

A Fire & Contents Technician is a key component of our team providing restoration services to our customers. As you grow in experience, here are some of the things you will do:

• Thoroughly clean smoke residue from contents and structures
• Pack & move contents with protection and care to avoid damage
• Provide post-job site cleaning
• Keep job site clean and orderly
• Photograph, identify, and inventory contents
• Maintain timely communication to peers regarding job status, scope of work, and documentation
• Respond and perform all restoration, remediation, damage, and sanitary cleaning jobs according to IICRC standards & Rainbow processes
• Establish and maintain a schedule to ensure all services are delivered in a timely manner
• Maintain all company restoration and cleaning equipment, keeping them clean and properly maintained to be available at all times
• Desire to work with your hands
• Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions

Requirements & Skills

• Not afraid to roll up your sleeves & get dirty
• Empathy, Friendly, and a positive can-do attitude
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the Restoration Industry
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift/move up to 100 pounds
• Comfortable with walking/standing for long periods, working at heights, and in restricted spaces while wearing PPE
• Ability to pass a drug test & extensive background screening
• Available for full-time role with overtime, on-call rotations, and traveling
