ServiceMaster CDR, a leading disaster restoration firm in Ohio, seeks an experienced Assistant Project Manager for Fire & Contents. You will supervise restoration projects, coordinate with clients, insurers, and crews, and ensure on-time, quality results.

The role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus, competitive pay of $24.00-$26.00 per hour DOE, and comprehensive benefits. If you have IICRC certifications and at least two years in fire restoration leadership, join our team and make a difference.

Qualifications

• Certifications: Current or recently expired IICRC certifications FSRT, FLS, CLS, OCT, CCT, CPT, UFT; Mold licensing preferred.
• Experience: At least 2 years in a lead role with fire restoration experience.
• Skills: Strong restoration skills, communication, and customer service.
• Attitude: Results-driven with problem-solving mindset.

Responsabilités

• Lead and oversee restoration projects from start to finish.
• Demonstrate expertise in fire damage mitigation, including smoke and odor remediation.
• Adherence to industry standards and company protocols.
• Coordinate with colleagues, customers, and insurance adjusters to ensure project success.
• Maintain equipment and ensure safety and environmental standards compliance.
