Job summary

ServiceMaster CDR is seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager for Fire & Contents to lead restoration projects from start to finish in Ohio. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available, and the role commands $25.00–$27.00 per hour DOE.

Ideal candidates hold IICRC certifications and have at least two years in a lead role with fire restoration experience. This position emphasizes adherence to safety standards, coordination with customers and insurance adjusters, and delivering high-quality

Qualifications

Current or recently expired IICRC certifications such as FSRT, FLS, CLS, OCT, CCT, CPT, UFT; Mold certifications are highly preferred.
Minimum of two years experience in a Lead Role with experience in fire restoration.
Strong practical skills in restoration, excellent communication, and great work ethic.
Results-driven with a commitment to exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee restoration projects from start to finish.
Demonstrate expertise in fire damage mitigation, including smoke and odor remediation.
Adherence to industry standards and company protocols.
Coordinate with colleagues, customers, and insurance adjusters to ensure project success.
Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
