ServiceMaster CDR in Akron, OH seeks an experienced Assistant Project Manager for Fire & Contents restoration. You will lead projects from start to finish, coordinate with homeowners, insurers, and team members, and ensure safety and adherence to standards.

We offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus, health benefits, and a 401(k) plan. Wage ranges from $24.00 to $26.00 per hour DOE, with opportunities for growth through certifications and on-site training.

Qualifications

• Two years in a lead role with fire restoration experience.
• Strong restoration, communication, and work ethic.
• Certifications relevant to fire & contents restoration preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and oversee restoration projects from start to finish.
• Demonstrate expertise in fire damage mitigation and odor control.
• Adhere to industry standards and company protocols.
• Coordinate with colleagues, customers, and insurance adjusters for project success.
• Maintain equipment and ensure safety and environmental compliance.
