Mullins Mechanical seeks an experienced Fire Protection Superintendent to lead onsite construction across diverse projects. You will ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery while coordinating with PMs and subcontractors to meet project goals.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Fire Protection Superintendent on a Mullins self-perform trade or similar role.
• Knowledge of safety, quality, and health guidelines for construction job sites.
• In-depth understanding of construction operations and processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.
• Organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally and lead teams.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Experience managing multiple Superintendents.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage onsite construction as a unified, collaborative team.
• Coordinate and oversee day-to-day operations of assigned projects.
• Manage field responsibilities on medium to complex projects and multiple teams.
• Collaborate with the PM to create and maintain the project schedule.
• Lead new hire jobsite introductions and training; assign jobs.
• Conduct direct report reviews annually or as needed.
• Provide technical guidance during bidding; coordinate with estimating team.
• Ensure safety policies are enforced and MSAs are completed as needed.
• Review project documents and participate in hand-off meetings.
• Assist PM with purchasing take-offs and project consumables.
• Maintain and organize project logs, reports, and schedules.
• Lead weekly project meetings with Foremen and subcontractors.
• Ensure jobsite cleanliness and orderly conditions.
