Qualifications

• Previous experience as a construction Fire Protection Superintendent.
• Knowledge of safety, quality, and health guidelines for construction job sites.
• Ability to lead multiple Superintendents and teams.
• OSHA 30 certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage onsite construction as a unified team.
• Coordinate & oversee day-to-day operations of assigned projects.
• Manage field responsibilities on medium to complex projects and multiple teams.
• Collaborate with PM to create and maintain project schedule.
• Lead new hire jobsite introductions and training, and assign jobs.
• Conduct direct report employee reviews annually.
