Job summary

Mullins Mechanical is seeking a Fire Protection Superintendent to lead onsite construction across projects, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery. The role involves coordinating with project managers, subcontractors, and field staff to manage schedules, materials, and safety compliance on site.

Ideal candidates will have experience in fire protection on medium to large projects, strong leadership and communication skills, and a proven track record of safety performance in construction

Qualifications

• Experience as a Fire Protection Superintendent or similar leadership role in construction.
• Strong knowledge of safety, quality, and health guidelines for construction sites.
• Ability to communicate professionally and lead multiple superintendent teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite construction as a unified team on medium to complex projects.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and project schedules with PM collaboration.
• Conduct weekly safety toolbox talks and ensure safety plans are followed.
• Coordinate with PM and subs to manage materials, procurement, and logistics.
• Prepare and review project documents, reports, and look-ahead schedules.
