Job summary

Everus in Las Vegas seeks an experienced Sales & Project Manager to lead service and construction efforts for fire protection projects across casinos and sports facilities. You will manage client relations, bids, estimates, and on-site execution from start to finish.

You will drive business development, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure projects meet design, budget, and schedule targets while upholding Everus 4EVER Strategy and corporate standards.

Qualifications

• Five years of fire sprinkler sales experience or equivalent education and work experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial client contact to assess scope of work and resources required to complete the project.
• Prepare complete estimates for selected projects with drawings, takeoff information, and contracting.
• Supervise total construction effort to meet design, budget and schedule with client and subcontractor coordination.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise onsite functions including scheduling, engineering, material control, and accounting tasks.
• Supervise crafts and contractors to ensure productivity, material efficiency, and contractual performance.
• Represent the company in project meetings and negotiations as needed.
• Provide technical assistance and approve project transactions, change orders, and billings.
• Execute business development actions and monitor sales activities to adjust to market changes.
