Western States Fire Protection is seeking a motivated Fire Protection Project Manager to lead sprinkler system projects in Fort Collins. This role welcomes experienced fire protection pros or construction PMs growing into a specialized field, with support and resources to succeed.

The salary range for this position is $65,000–$75,000 for entry-level candidates, with compensation based on experience and market competitiveness.

• PM experience in construction is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated professional who owns projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules, budgets, and profitability.
• Coordinate with customers, general contractors, and field teams.
• Review construction documents and develop sprinkler system designs.
• Perform hydraulic calculations and material takeoffs.
• Lead project planning, manpower forecasting, and field coordination.
• Manage project financials, billing, and change orders.
• Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and code requirements.
• Build strong relationships with customers and project partners.
