Job summary

Pavion is seeking a talented Project Manager to join our fire protection business unit in Georgia. You will coordinate multiple projects, manage RFIs and submittals, and ensure on-time delivery within budget while aligning with NFPA standards.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of fire protection and project management experience, NICET certification, and strong communication skills. This role requires travel to customer sites and an on-site work model.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in the fire protection industry and project management.
• Experience managing fire alarm installations and submittal packages.
• Knowledge of NFPA standards and related trade requirements.
• NICET certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage, direct, and coordinate all aspects of multiple projects.
• Ensure project execution and successful completion within schedule.
• Handle RFIs, submittals, contracts, change orders, and substitutions.
• Coordinate with other trades to keep projects on schedule.
• Communicate status to operations management.
• Oversee procurement to meet budget estimates.
