Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in fire protection, with sprinkler emphasis.
• Proven project management experience, service-focused environment preferred.
• NICET Level II or higher in Water-Based Systems (preferred).
• PM certifications (PMP, PgMP, CAPM) highly desirable.
• Proficiency with project management and scheduling software.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple fire protection projects from initiation to completion.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, technicians, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Develop scopes, schedules and budgets; track progress and performance.
• Ensure NFPA codes, AHJ regulations and safety standards compliance.
• Coordinate material procurement, subcontractor scheduling and field service dispatch.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and billing support.
• Troubleshoot issues and recommend system improvements.
• Support sales by identifying opportunities and market awareness.
• Attend site surveys and provide technical education.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
